Main structure and principle
Huituo servo capping machine can follow the previous filling
equipment with movebale screw rod linkage. The bottle directly
enters the capping machine linkage screw to realize the seamless
jointing. Under this working condition, the bottles can be
prevented from colliding and splashing liquid at a high running
speed.
The screw drive follows the main drive, and the screw angle can be
matched with the star wheel through the interface parameter. The
screw splitting position can be installed into the bottle detecting
device to realize no bottle no cap-placing and stop and release
alarm when bottle block. (only for reference, subject to the actual
design)

SPI-16 is composed of several main parts, including bottle feeder +
automatic cap elevator and sorter + inlet and outlet bottle
template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism etc.
Working principle: Each capping head is driven by an independent
rotary servo motor. During the capping process, the speed and
torque of each claw head are determined by the program according to
the actual needs. The capping servo motor is automatically and
precisely controlled by the program, with closed-loop control, and
torque error self-correcting caused by the inertia.
Servo cap-sending channel
The pump cap adopts the servo motor transmission form. The servo
motor has the specific advantage of performing periodic start and
stop and periodic positive reversal. The cap channel adopts the
servo motor to drive the belt and the chain, which can perform
periodic start-stop or forward-reverse movement, not only reducing
noise and eliminating cap block.
Bottle-in & out template
It is made of polymer polyethylene, and the surface of the bottle
plate is fully fitted to the bottle type and the surface is smooth.
It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle body
from being scratched; and has the function of rapid change of
production(8min) and module structure.
Capping
The cap is fed by the servo, and the claw is taken according to the
rule that the cap is placed with bottle, the cap isn’t placed
without bottle, and the angle is rotated at the same time
(according to the starting angle of the cap and the starting
position of the bottle, to ensure that the pump nozzle will not be
injured).
Rejection device
The bottle-out is a dual-transport channel structure and is
equipped with an intelligent detection device;
The qualified bottle is normally transported, and the unqualified
bottle (no cap, no inner tube, high cap, and the height of the
crooked cap) will be automatically split the flow to another
conveyor belt by the swing cylinder, and the empty bottle is
detected before the capping machine is inserted;
When the capping machine stops when bottle-blocking, and it resumes
automatic operation after the bottle blocking is eliminated.
Electrical Control
a) Master control system
It Includes the master control cabinet and control circuit, PLC,
etc., to ensure the coordinated and stable operation of the entire
system. The servo capping machine adopts an external control
cabinet structure and is integrated with the capping machine. This
machine has single-machine and full-line interconnection functions,
and has a rich external communication interface and user production
information management system interconnection.
b) Information management
Real-time information transmission of a single capping process can
be realized and adjusted in real time;
Real-time monitoring of equipment operation information, production
information, and product quality information;
Can be interconnected with the factory's ERP system and even the
sales order system;
On the basis of realizing the informationization of the single
device layer, it can be integrated into the management layer of the
production layer and the overall information management of the
operation layer;
c) Machine upgrade
Based on advanced servo motion control system software and servo
motor drive, all complex capping head movements are programmed. The
digital program corresponds to the most basic linear and rotary
motion of the servo motor, and the performance of the device can be
continuously optimized by continuously optimizing the program,
without replacing hardware.
